Course Objective	本課程介紹材料力學之各主題：(1) 了解與分析可變形體力學；(2) 物體在受到軸力、扭矩、剪力、彎矩等受力狀態下之變形；(2) 分析各不同受力下結構之反應如:應力、應變、變形、位移、應變能、極限承載力；(3) 材料之應力與應變轉換方程式；(4) 利用莫耳圓計算主軸應力、主軸應變及其轉換；(5) 介紹柱、樑、及軸等結構之設計原理；(6) 鐵道系統中材料的應用與材料機械性質；(7) 導入鐵道系統案例(如長焊鋼軌內應力、橋軌互制應力、車輛與軌道變形等) 先修課程：靜力學、動力學基礎概念或由授課教授同意。
