Course Objective 1.合金製程簡介 2.成份改變製程　a.合金熔煉-感應電爐、真空感應電爐 b.合金精煉-電弧爐、 c.電渣重熔精煉、真空電弧精煉、電子束精煉、電漿精煉 3.合金結構改變製程　a.凝固控製與快速凝固　　b.方向性凝固　　　　　c.熱處理控制-均質化、強化處理　　d.鍛造、晶粒控制　　　　　　　 4.合金形狀改重製程鍛造、軋壓、擠形、粉末冶金 5.未來合金製程之發展及電腦之應用 This course is a special topics of Processes of Structural Alloys.

Course Schedule 第一週課程介紹與評量標準第二週煉鐵與煉鋼製程第三週鋼鐵材料之分類與冶煉第四週鋼鐵材料之加工製程及熱處理其對組織、性質之影響第五週合金鋼熱處理設備與選用第六週合金工具鋼基本熱處理第七週構造用鋼及不鋼之種類、特性及選用第八週合金工具鋼之種類、特性及選用第九週金屬及合金簡介、合金結晶組織與加工、粉末冶金製程第十週期中考 (視教學進度調整期中考試日期為第10週或第11週) 第十一週不鋼合金、銅合金及鋁合金之熱處理第十二週鋁合金及合金工具鋼之熱處理第十三週 Applications and Case Stories of Alloys 第十四週專題報告 ( 8人) 第十五週專題報告 ( 8人) 第十六週專題報告 ( 8人) 第十七週專題報告 ( 8人) / 繳交書面報告 / 課程總結第十八週學期結束
