Course Objective	本課程介紹電子顯微鏡之結構，成像及繞射原理，以及在材料科學方面之應用，課程內容包括電子顯微鏡之構造，電磁透鏡與成像原理，電子繞射原理，繞射圖型分析，試片之製作方法。掃描式電子顯微鏡之構造及成像原理。EDS及WDS之X光光譜測量。
