Course Objective 本課程介紹化學工程程序中物質於一系統中流進、流出間質量、能量均衡之原理與計算，主要銜接化學專業與工廠內化工製程操作，因化工廠內工作人員被要求對「參與化學反應的質量關係，以及反應中能量的去除或加入」必需清楚明瞭，熟讀本科可擁有足夠的化學專業知識，故可「以最經濟的化學反應成本來量產高附加物品，獲取最大的益」。使學生學習列出質能均衡之基本式並查尋研讀相關文獻、與手冊上所登錄之物性資料以解決各種相關問題。 1.瞭解化學工廠中質量與能量變化之相關知識 2.瞭解化學專業應用在工廠操作之產程放大技術與考量 3.瞭解化學產業之市場動態及其發展情形
