Course Objective 本課程探討ESG與企業倫理，主要以公司治理與營運模式為核心，在每個個案討論當中，同時由策略管理、財務金融、企業永續等議題教授。可以讓學生從企業倫理與公司治理的角度，學習這些管理功能的整合與營運模式。

Course Schedule
(Week 1-16) 課程ESG與CORPORATE GOVERNANCE介紹幾家成功與失敗企業，分享及推廣不同企業ESG之重點，訓練同學思考能力及獨立思考精神。
