Course Objective 每週三小時一學分的專業必修課，旨在教導碩一新生學習各種生化工程相關的實驗原理與操作技術，以增進學生在未來進行生化實驗研究的知識與技巧。 The one-credit three-hour professional compulsory course is designed to teach the first-year graduate students various experimental principles and hands-on skills related to biochemical engineering.

Evaluation and grading policy 1. 期末成績: 期末考40%+期末報告60% 請不要以為這是實驗課就不認真對待考試 final grade = 40% final report + 60% final test - 3*number of classes skipped 2. 踴躍參與實驗可加分 (包括吃喝) 3. 上課或做實驗：遲到期末總分扣1分/次，缺課期末總分扣3分/次 3 points will be taken off your final grade if you skip class once, 1 point if you are late for the class 4. 期末考缺考不補考，不提前考，考試開始後30分鐘未到該次考試成績乘以0.7計算 there will be no make-up exam, please show up for the test on time 5. 期末報告: 真實記錄實驗過程，(照片、數據表格、做圖、計算、討論、參訪過程及心得…) final report is a record of your experiments during the semester, please keep good notes and take photos if needed
