Course Objective 主要介紹建立系統化的服務系統設計與服務作業管理方式，其內容：服務業本質的瞭解、服務設計、服務系統規劃、服務廠址選擇、服務場所佈置、服務程序設計、服務自動化及電腦化、服務作業管理人員管理、儀器設備管理、服務存貨管理、服務等候線管理、服務績效管理等。
