Course Objective 本課程之目標在於建構產業分析之思維架構及洞悉市場發展之研究能力，以因應市場之快速變遷,並介紹學生瞭解總體經濟與產業景氣分析,公司經營財務報表分析,投資標的評價與技術分析。透過研究方法之介紹及預測手法之教導並輔以個案實作以達其效。

(Week 1-16) 1 課程簡介&產業分析概論（車振華教授） 2 市場需求評估-定性方法（車振華教授） 3 市場需求評估-定量分析技術(一)（車振華教授） 4 市場需求評估-定量分析技術(二)（車振華教授） 5 需求預測模式評估與控制（車振華教授） 6 需求預測演練（車振華教授） 7 產業分析方法-資料蒐集與解析、商業效益分析（呂文琴教授） 8 產業分析方法-策略管理與競合策略、目標市場策略運用（呂文琴教授） 9 產業分析途徑-SCP模型、SWOT分析、BCG模式（呂文琴教授） 10 產業分析途徑-五力分析、GE模式、鑽石模型理論（呂文琴教授） 11 產業實務及應用（呂文琴教授） 12 個案演練與分組報告（呂文琴教授） 13 產業分析基礎、價值鏈與生態圈（蘇威豪教授） 14 市場組織、藍海策略與貿易壁壘（含川普 2.0 關稅議題）（蘇威豪教授） 15 價值鏈深化與產業生態系統（蘇威豪教授） 16 產業群落與區位分析（蘇威豪教授） 17 產業生命週期與轉型（蘇威豪教授） 18 全球趨勢、永續發展與貿易戰（含川普 2.0 關稅長期影響）（蘇威豪教授）

Evaluation and grading policy 1. 車振華：課程參與（50%）、作業與報告（50%） 2. 呂文琴：平時成績-出席（20％）、作業與參與（30％）；產業分析報告-口頭簡報（25%）、書面報告（25%） 3. 蘇威豪：課程參與（50%）、作業與報告（50%） 4. 依據三位授課教師之核給成績分數，取平均值後第一位小數四捨五入，即為每人所獲得之成績分數。 5. 缺課達8週次（24堂課）以上，學期成績不予及格。
