Course Objective << 本課程主要對象是碩博士生，請大學部同學不要選修>> 本課程介紹許多有關於組織中的個人、團隊與組織交互作用的研究。明確地說，本課程內容主要在探討如何改善員工績效與利社會行為，降低缺勤與離職率，以及提高工作滿足與組織承諾等員工態度。
