Course Objective 本課程在介紹如何運用企業內與員工之有關資源，包括其能力、知識、技術、態度和激勵，以配合企業整體競爭策略與形式。其內容有：人力資源分析、策略及目標、支援性作業之取得、發展及報酬、人力資源的維護。
