Course Objective 本課程為適性揚才的職涯訓練課程，旨在於幫助學生探索自我、認識職場、學習軟硬實力並打開求職視野。課程將分為職涯探索、職場技能、企業職能及求職技能等四大類主題，邀請業師到班授課，並且連結實習機會，厚植學生求職信心。 This course is an adaptive career training course designed to help students explore their potential, understand the workplace, learn soft and hard skills, and extend career opportunities. The courses will be divided into four major themes: career exploration, workplace skills, industry introduction, resume writing and interview skills. Lecturers from different profession will be invited to share their domain knowledge in the class, and internship opportunities will be linked to encourage student to start career planning

Course Schedule 本課程是經管系與104人力銀行合開課程，將邀請許多實務界菁英到課堂演講，分享各行各業的業態與求職指南，包括以下課程規劃：職涯探索工作坊職場實習常見勞資爭議法律實務多場企業主管授課（永豐銀行、IKEA、先行智庫、台灣微軟）簡報提案技巧新鮮人必備的職場倫理及溝通學專案管理思維職場技能數位力_社群經營與創意溝通一對一履歷診療

Evaluation and grading policy 以下是暫定的評量方式與標準 ▲出席率20% ▲業師指定作業30% ▲課後作業單20% ▲期末報告30%
