Course Objective 本課程主要在介紹人力資源與組織管理的進階理論與實務，內容包括了(但不限於)人才任用、訓練與發展、績效評估、薪酬管理、組織設計、領導、工作激勵、以及工作團隊運作等等重要議題。課堂上並討論上述理論對於管理實務上的意涵。
