Course Objective 本課程屬於生物技術的基礎課程，授課內容強調基本生化原理，介紹細胞組成份〈包括核酸、蛋白質、醣類和脂質〉的化學、生物活性及代謝，並分別闡明代謝作用與基因表現的調節機轉，輔以現今生化尖端學術研究的介紹，希望能以一學期的緊密課程，讓學生瞭解現代生化科技領域的輪廓，作為日後深造或從事生化科技行業的奠基。

Course Schedule 第01~05周 chapter 01~05 第06周第一次考試; chapter 06 第07~011周 chapter 06~15 第12周第二次考試; chapter 16 第11~17周 chapter 16~21 第18周期末考

Evaluation and grading policy 考試占100%；點名，一次不到扣總分4分。
