Course Objective	本課程屬於生物技術的基礎課程，授課內容強調基本生化原理，介紹細胞組成份〈包括核酸、蛋白質、醣類和脂質〉的化學、生物活性及代謝，並分別闡明代謝作用與基因表現的調節機轉，輔以現今生化尖端學術研究的介紹，希望能以一學期的緊密課程，讓學生瞭解現代生化科技領域的輪廓，作為日後深造或從事生化科技行業的奠基。
