Course Objective 本課程旨在介紹微生物及其應用，學生將可習得何謂微生物，微生物如何運作，以及微生物的應用。課程內容包括: (1)微生物的分類、型態、結構及一般特性; (2)微生物的生長與控制; (3)微生物的生理與代謝; (4)微生物的應用，例如生物轉換、一次及二次代謝產物的生產、基因重組蛋白的生產、核酸藥物的生產等。
