Course Objective	本課程的目的在介紹生物反應工程，課程的的第一部分介紹微生物，包括微生物的分類、細胞結構及一般特性，微生物的生長與控制，微生物的生理與代謝，微生物的應用; 第二部分探討生物反應器的種類及其操作特性與應用; 第三部分研讀相關國際期刊論文。
