Course Objective 本實驗課程是學習設計引子與利用聚合酵素連鎖反應來放大並取DNA片段，並以重組技術來選殖DNA。瞭解限制酵素可在雙股DNA特定序列做切割、連接酵素可將DNA的5’與3’兩端連接。學習讓DNA轉殖進入勝任細胞、培養細胞並純化蛋白質、測定其功能及培養晶體。
