Course Objective 操作化學相關的實驗 It covers the fundamental experiments in chemistry.

Course Schedule 週次月日時數授課內容要項實驗規章介紹準備週 1. 過硫酸鹽型碘鐘反應 2. 市售果汁中維他命C含量的測定 3. 水樣的硬度分析 4. 從茶葉中萃取咖啡因溫書假 5. 反應熱的測定溫書假 6. 葉綠素分離與薄層色層分析(TLC) 7. 錳的氧化態 8. 蛋白質電泳 9. 酯化反應 10. 牛奶中酪蛋白與鈣含量補做實驗/補考實驗期末考 (1~10) 溫書假期末考

Evaluation and grading policy 期末成績預報（10%）：缺預報者，該次實驗零分計算。1:15 小考開始，1:20不能參加小考。 3. 結報(結果與討論)（15%） 4. 小考（15%）出席10% 與實驗態度（20%）期末考（30 %）：期末時統一舉行筆試或操作考
