Course Objective 積層製造(3D列印)加工原理、積層製造系統分類、加工參數與加工結果分析，製程設備研究，快速模具技術研究，積層製造與快速模具實習，專題研究與討論。 This course includes the principle of additive manufacturing process, classifications, process parameters, and the systems. The application of additive manufacturing will also introduce together with practice works. Two mini projects need to complete during this semester.

Course Schedule 週次講授內容概要 1 The Development of Additive Manufacturing Systems 2 Business Model 3 Classification of AM (7 types) 4,5 VPP (Photo-Polymerization Fabrication Process/ Basic knowledge of photo-polymerization) 6,7 MEX (Nozzle type Polymerization Fabrication Process/ Basic knowledge of liner polymer Thermal Plastic polymerization) 8 MJT 9 BJT (Powder Fabrication Process/ Basic knowledge of metallurgy) 10 PBF 11 DED 12 SHL (Alternative Fabrication Process/ Basic knowledge of cutting) 13 Exam 14-16 mini projects 配合16+2, 17,18 為3D列印之實作，可自行列印或至IPAS考場列印，第18週時進行成果作品繳交。
