Course Objective 主要希望學生自籃球課程中學習籃球技能及團隊精神，並培養團體活動的樂趣。課程內容包括： (1)籃球基本動作講解及練習。(2)進攻觀念介紹。(3)基本防守概念。(4)一對一、二對二、三對三的小組對打。(5)全場四對四、全場五對五的練習比賽。(6)規則講解及影片觀摩。

Course Schedule (1)課程介紹、分組、體能測驗、規則簡介 (2)各種傳接球、四人半場米字傳球 (3)各種運球、運球接力遊戲 (4)運球上籃、投籃、籃下交叉投籃 (5)運球過人上籃及投籃 (6)運球過人上籃及投籃 (7)搶籃板球的觀念 (8)基本防守概念 (9)進攻觀念介紹及運用 (10)全場三人八字傳球上籃(二攻一回來) (11)全場三人八字傳球上籃(二攻一回來) (12)一對一攻守練習(擂台賽) (13)二對二攻守練習(擂台賽) (14)三對三攻守練習(擂台賽) (15)全場五對五練習賽 (16)全場五對五練習賽 (17)期末測驗 (18)期末測驗
