Course Objective	課程內容包括：課程分為三部分，第一、接合技術之基礎：材料表面結構和接合力學。第二、介紹一般工程用接合技術：機械接合、銲接、銲接冶金、軟硬銲、金屬-陶瓷接合、擴散鍵結和膠合。第三、接合應用：真空系統和微電子接合和密封結構介紹。
