Course Objective	先修課程：負責教授同意。(A)材料試驗：學習金相試片的準備及光學顯微鏡之觀察、材料顯微結構的認識、各種機械性質的試驗。(B) 固力實驗：(1)一般性實驗：樑的撓度試驗、圓桿扭轉實驗；(2)振動實驗：質量－阻尼－彈簧系統實驗(MCK)、樑之共振頻率實驗、軸之臨界轉速實驗；(3)應力分析實驗：應變計實驗、光彈性實驗；(4)動態量測實驗：機械振動性質測定實驗、動平衡實驗、工具機切削力測定實驗。
Course Schedule	材料實驗部分： 材料試驗理論講解：2週 金相實驗（包含試片取樣，研磨，拋光，腐蝕，觀察。）和硬度試驗：2週 衝擊試驗：1週 拉伸試驗：1週 火化試驗：1週 學習檢討與測驗：1週
