Course Objective	This course is to build up the financial framework for students when making financial decisions. The focus is on setting out the basic principles of financial management and applying them to the main decisions faced by the financial managers. It helps students to understand various tools of financial management and use them effectively when making investment and financing decisions.

Flexible Learning (Week 17-18)	Category ● 學生分組實作及討論(Student group practice and discussion) ● 參與課程相關作業、作品、實驗、田野調查(Participation in course-related assignments, works, experiments, or field research) Content Week 17 – Review and Revision Students review previously completed course assignments, case analyses, or research work based on course content and instructor feedback, and select one piece of work to revise and improve. Week 18 – Refinement and Submission Students complete the revision of the selected work and submit the revised version. Hours 6 Learning Outcomes The submitted revised work will be used to assess how well students have incorporated feedback and applied relevant course concepts. Assessment Percentage 10%
