Course Objective 本課程主要運用最佳化方法解析動態成長、風險檢測、供應鏈調控等管理與決策問題，探討的主題包括：環球供應鏈問題、投資組合問題、生產規劃、配送規劃、排程規劃等。 This course mainly talks about how to use optimization methods to analyze the management and decision making problems such as dynamic growth, risk evaluation, and supply chain adjustment etc. The topics to be discussed include: 1.global supply chain management; 2.portfolio selection problems; 3.production planning; 4.distribution and transportation planning; 5.scheduling problems.

Course Schedule 本學期共分三個單元，以論文期刊選讀為主: 1.基本DEA在金融業的應用 2.NDEA(network DEA) 在金融業的應用 3. DNDEA(dynamic network DEA) 在金融業的應用

Evaluation and grading policy 上課出席、討論：50%（class participant rate）期刊論文報告：50% (Final presentation)
