Course Objective 瞭解微算機之基本組織架構及應用，內容包含：1.PC之使用，2.微電腦學習機之使用，3.邏輯分析儀之使用，4.組合語言之設計與除錯，5.記憶體設計ROM/RAM，6.輸出入埠設計及程式控制，7.輸出入埠應用(鍵盤介面、LED顯示介面)，8.A/D、D/A介面設計，9.簡單PC介面卡設計(PIO及SIO)介面，單晶片之設計與應用。

Course Schedule 微算機原理及應用實習: 1. 實驗一: 環境介紹與範例程式 2. 實驗二: GPIO的應用-LED與按鈕 3. 實驗三: UART的原理與應用 4. 實驗四: UART-輪巡傳接值 5. 實驗五: ADC應用 6. 實驗六: Timer計數器 7. 實驗七: LCD顯示圖形英數字 8. 實驗八: LCD自繪圖型工具生醫平台之資訊: 9. 生醫平台的組裝及測試。 10. 開放API：量測生理訊號，並轉換成心跳、血壓及血氧等參數。
