Course Objective	讓同學了解電磁學之基本觀念與應用，全學年課程內容將包括： 上學期：1.向量分析 2.靜電學 3.電位與邊界值問題 4.靜磁學 5.物質內的電、磁場 下學期：5.電磁感應與時變場 6.守恆律 7.電磁波特性與傳播行為 8.電磁波的反射與穿透
Course Schedule	week 1~2: Review of Magnetostatics week 2~4: Magnetic Fields in Matter week 4~9: Electrodynamics (week 8 or 9: midterm exam.) week 10~11: Conservation Laws week 11~14 Electromagnetic Waves week 15~17: EM Waves at Boundaries week 18: final exam.
