Course Objective	讓同學了解電磁學之基本觀念與應用，全學年課程內容將包括： 上學期：1.向量分析 2.靜電學 3.靜磁學 4.物質內的電、磁場 下學期：5.時變場與守恆律 6.電磁波 7.傳輸線及應用 8.波導與共振腔
Course Schedule	week 1~2: Review of Magnetostatics week 2~4: Magnetic fields in Matter week 4~9: Electrodynamics (week 8 or 9: midterm exam.) week 9~10: Conservation Laws week 11~16 Electromagnetic Waves week 16~17: Applications week 18: final exam.
Evaluation and grading policy	quizzes: 15% x 2 midterm: 25% final: 25% homeworks and homework tests: 20% participation: extra 10%
