Course Objective 本課程為程式語言之延伸，主要以python為程式語言，學習以下之相關主題 Objective I: 熟悉 Python + CV2 + PyQt5 (Homework) Objective II: 熟悉基本數位影像處理之技術 (DIP) – Low level MV Objective III: 機器視覺相關軟硬體之使用 (CCD、鏡頭、光源) Objective IV: 加入深度學習 (AI) 於機器視覺之應用 – High level MV Objective V: 訓練三種能力: 團隊合作、解決問題及自我學習主要工作包括：課堂作業、期末考、期末競賽 (Project)、Paper Reading Note: 建議自備隨身電腦上課

Course Schedule Prerequisite: 1. 本課程必須熟悉 Python 程式語言 2. 建議修過程式語言I, II 本課程為程式語言之延伸，主要以python為程式語言，學習以下之相關主題 1. CPU 及 GPU-based DIP(影像處理) - CV2 及 Kornia: 為PyTorch之延伸，主要介紹: Image Load/Save/Display、enhancement、Filtering、Edge detection、Morphology、Warp * Geometry Transformation、Color、Segmentation、Data augmentation等 2. 深度學習: 以PyTorch、TorchVision為主，介紹基本Torch語法，再深入介紹CNN網路架構 (LeNet、ResNet、DenseNet、EfficientNet)，Object Detection網路 (Yolo)、AutoEncoder、UNet(Semantic Segmentation)、Anomaly Detection等應用 (視課程進度) 主要工作包括：課堂作業、期末考、期末競賽 (Project)、Paper Reading

Evaluation and grading policy 課堂參與及作業 (Present in class) (15%) Test (Final: 上機考or Take home，Week 17) (30%) Lab 1 – 5 (PBL) (30%) Project – 小組專題競賽報告 (每組30分鐘) (25%)
