Course Objective	組織行為是採用分析的方法，了解研究解個體行為在個人、團體、組織三個層次中的行為表現，並應用相關學理知識提高組織效能，尤其將焦點放在如何提高員工的生產力、降低離職率與曠職率，增加滿意度等四個變項上。

Evaluation and grading policy	1.期中考………20% 2.課堂報告與討論---50%， 課堂報告佔30%，須另報告一篇與該主題有關的期刊論文佔20%，含該文章的摘要、研究對象、 研究方法與研究結論，並上傳到網路學園，期刊的選擇碩士以中文期刊為主，博士以英文SSCI期刊為限(跨部選課者適用本條) 3.出席與學習態度----30%(無故缺課扣總平均5分/次，請假兩次以上第二次起扣總平均2分/次）

Expanding teaching and resources	● 數位教材資源應用 (Application of Digital Resources) 採用影音多媒體或具開放授權之資源（如OCW、開放教科書）作為主要或輔助教材。 Adopts multimedia or open-licensed resources (e.g., OCW, Open Textbooks) as primary or supplementary teaching materials.

Note	1.本課程單元的議題，涉及工作職場將面臨不同性別、種族、膚色、宗教及身心障礙等差異的員工。讓學習者了解工作團隊成員的差異性，甚至有機會擔任主管必須領導不同文化背景的員工，共同達成工作目標，完成任務。換言之，本課程最終的目的是讓學生學習如何消弭不平等，以及尊重他人的文化差異，同時也避職場的性別差異。
