Course Objective 本課程在探討技職教育行政理論包括組織、領導、決策、溝通、效能研究等及其相關實務之研究。期培育學生分析當前技職教育行政問題，並研訂技職教育的改善措施。 The aims of the course are to explore the theory and practice of educational administration, especially the educational organization, leadership, decision making, communication, etc. Students are expected to apply related theory to analyze VTE issues after the class.

Course Schedule 第1週課程導論第2週教育行政的基本概念/教育行政的研究典範與模式演進第3週-4週科學實證時期代表理論第5週-6週行為科學時期代表理論第7週-8週系統途徑時期代表理論第9週（期中考週）第10週新興理論時期代表理論第11週教育行政領導第12週教育行政溝通第13週教育行政激勵第14週組織決策第15週組織氣候與文化第16週組織權力第17週組織衝突第18週期末考週

Evaluation and grading policy 1.平時課堂討論40％、期中口頭報告40％、期末書面報告20％ 2.期中報告要求：每一位同學就所分配負責之主題準備2節課的活動份量，報告內容務請以ppt.呈現，內容應包括主要理論沿革與內涵、1~2個相關案例分析、至少5題的討論提綱、延伸閱讀建議書單等四部份。 3.期末書面報告，請針對期中報告後討論的結果重新整理，至遲於期末考週繳交電子檔。
