Course Objective 深入討論空氣污染之來源、影響、監測、傳播、宿命、法令規章等知識，以發展適當的空氣品質規劃政策與空氣品質保護管理措施。以都會區空氣品質為範圍，配合污染源類別，本課程從逸散性、固定污染性、移動污染性等不同方向，以講述空品之規劃與管理等問題。包括法規, 指標與空品特性分析，及減排目標與管制策略之研訂等。The course covers in-depth knowledge of planning and management for air quality. The main contents are focused on the control and management of fugitive pollution, stationary, and mobile sources. Air Quality Monitoring, Modeling, and pollution standard will be also discussed in the course.
