Course Objective	接面場效電晶體（JFET）；金屬氧化物半導體場效電晶體(MOSFET) ；雙極性接面電晶體（BJT）；差動放大器；多級放大器。金 氧半電晶體；雙接面電晶體；差動及多極放大器；功率放大 器；頻率響應；回授；類比積體電路；濾波器；調諧放大器 ；振盪器。
Course Schedule	第1-4週:雙極性接面電晶體（BJT）； 第5-8週:差動放大器； 第9週:期中考; 第10-12週:多級放大器； 第13-14週:頻率響應; 第15-17:回授與功率放大器; 第18週:期末考。
Evaluation and grading policy	平時成績佔10%; 小考佔20%; 期中考佔30%; 期末考佔40%。
