Course Objective 本課程將介紹冷凍工程，以及其設計，內容涵蓋如下：冷凍工程原理，冷凍系統之設備，各種冷凍系統之設計，冷凍負荷計算，冷媒管路之設計與計算，冷凍庫之設計。本課程亦結合大學USR 計畫，提供冷凍技術在農業冷鏈提升農產品價值與保鮮降低農損之學以致用的專業練兵場域；在計畫場域「做中學」的實踐過程中，激發學生創意與專業熱忱，培養學生解決問題的能力，並為地方社區與產業培養符合實際發展需求的人才；繼而為台灣的永續發展、環境保護、社會正義及經濟發展做出更多貢獻。
