Course Objective	本課程主要探討高分子在溶液及固態時的物理化學現象及其應用。內容包括熱力學、高分子的微結構及定性。 熱力學探討統計熱力學、晶格理論、Flory-Huggin理論、Flory-Krigbaum理論、相分離、θ-溫度、滲透壓、GPC測分子量、高分子膠體。 高分子之微結構包括有高分子之形狀、自由旋轉分子鏈距離、光散射、中子散射、排拒體積、碎形、霍氏光譜及核磁共振儀在高分子微結構之分析。
