Course Objective	讓學生學習文獻之蒐集方法與整理，以便瞭解學術論文製作方式，培養學生獨立自主探討一個理論或技術上的問題，並經由實驗設計及資料之判讀更深入專業領域。利用分生技術，生物化學、微生物學之原理，培養變種之微生物（或改良過的微生物）
