Course Objective	利用基因工程，生物化學、微生物學之原理，培養變種之微生物（或改良過的微生物），動、植物細胞，以製造生物活性物質（如抗生素、疫體、酵素、毒素、激素、特殊結構之蛋白、脂肪、醣類、脂肪酸、氨基酸、生長因子、藥理活性成份、抗體等等）；結合生物技術與化工原理來進行微生物、動、植物細胞之培養、酵素之提取、反應動力學、生物反應器的操作與相關參考數之獲取法、產品之分離程序等。
