Course Objective	使學生瞭解全面品質管理的意義、理念、重要性、範圍、實施條件、方法、品管工具，品管工具以外的管理工具、方法，實施全面品管遭遇到的問題，實施全面品質管理的預期成效。 This course introduces the meaning, theories, importance, scope, implementation constraints, methods, quality control tools of TQM. Besides, the other management tools and approaches are also included. The course also contains the possible problems and expected effective as implementing.

Evaluation and grading policy	■出席(20%) ■課堂討論報告： 25% (平日教學互動研討表現) ■期中小組報告：25％ ■期末小組報告：30％ ■分數調整：於期末做適度地分數調整，調整幅度以整體學生分數分布狀況及參與率調為準，每一項目(1~4項評分準則)調整範圍以±5%為原則。
