Course Objective 本課程既強調全方位之視野，亦作深入之個案分析。．氣候變遷AR6、國家氣候變遷科學報告2024：現象、衝擊與調適．十二項關鍵戰略行動方案（風/光電、氫能、前瞻能源、電力系統與儲能、節能、運具電動化與無碳化、碳捕捉利用與封存、自然碳匯、資源循環零廢棄、淨零綠生活、綠色金融、公正轉型）．臺灣2050淨零轉型政策架構（減碳路徑）：「能源轉型」、「產業轉型」、「生活轉型」、「社會轉型」等四大轉型，及「科技研發」、「氣候法制」兩大治理基礎。國家自定貢獻NDC目標．永續及前瞻能源發展．各領域減碳做法（工業部門、住商部門、綠色營建工程、綠運輸）．負碳作法（自然碳匯、CCUS）．循環經濟（工業與民生廢棄物循環、水資源循環、生物循環）．人文社會低碳轉型（淨零綠生活、綠色金融、公正轉型）．國家希望工程、國家環境保護計畫 This course emphasizes both a comprehensive perspective and in-depth case study. ．Climate Change AR6, National Climate Change Science Report 2024: Phenomenon, Impact and Adaptation ．Twelve key strategic action plans (wind/photovoltaic, hydrogen energy, forward-looking energy, power system and energy storage, energy conservation, electrification and carbon-free transportation, carbon capture, utilization and storage, natural carbon sinks, resource recycling and zero waste, net zero green life, green finance, fair transition) ．Taiwan 2050 Net Zero Transformation Policy Framework: Four major transformations: “Energy Transformation”, “Industrial Transformation”, “Life Transformation”, “Social Transformation”, and two governance foundations: “Technology Research and Development” and “Climate Legislation”.
