Course Objective	應用單元操作的原理與知識，使學生從實際操作中瞭解各種單元操 作設備的操作及性能。

Evaluation and grading policy	1.每堂點名:缺席一次,扣總分10分;遲到一次,扣總分3分 2.學期成績:作業報告(含預習)+平常實驗態度(含問答)+期末口試 3.值日桌:每次輪項目七 攪拌動力測定之組別,須留守作清潔工作, 倒垃圾,最後離開
