Course Objective 材料實習(四)是配合課堂理論，使學生在實習過程中探索有關於材料方面之化學特性，進而啟發學生對於材料方面之設計與開發之興趣。實習內容包括：材料之化學儀器分析、電化學表面處理技術、材料之熱分析、X-ray之測定、顯微鏡觀察等。

Course Schedule 每單元進度約一至二週: 實驗一、X光譜儀(XRAY)及SEM應用。實驗二、UV光譜儀及應用。ICP及光譜儀之應用。實驗三、熱重量(TGA)示差熱(DTA)分析儀分析法及應用。實驗四、電解之基本定義及電解液電導度之測定。實驗五、表面處理(一)—陰極電鍍。實驗六、表面處理(二)-- Al 鋁合金陽極處理實驗七、鍍膜厚度測試、無電電鍍、塑膠電鍍。實驗八、電池之原理及測試。實驗九、極化腐蝕試驗及應用。期末測驗、

Evaluation and grading policy 每週授課計三小時一學期授完共計一學分，包含期中實驗及報告50%、期末考30%及平時成績20%。
