Course Objective	塑性加工係藉塑性變形將金屬材料變化成目的形狀之金屬加工法。本課程包含：金屬塑性變形之基礎，塑性力學之基礎及各種塑性加工法之介紹，最近之塑性加工技術的進步，並涉及與塑性加工關連之成形技術及適合各種塑性加工材料之選擇。
Course Schedule	單元一、基礎理論、塑性定義及程序規劃。 (建議修過 材料力學為宜。) 單元二、彈性行為(Elastic Behavior)、塑性行為（Plastic Behavior） 抗拉降伏之判斷- Luder's band 現象、單晶之塑性變形 (Plastic Deformation of Single Crystals) 、 塑性力學。 單元三、差排理論(Dislocation Theory)、強化機構(Strengthening Mechanisms)。 金屬之疲勞、潛變與破壞(Creep and Rupture)。 單元四、板材輥軋加工、棒材旋鍛。 每單元上一至二週 第九週 期中考 單元五、棒材抽拉、線材盤元抽拉。 單元六、棒材彎曲、擠壓、塑料射出成形。 單元七、薄板沖壓、管材旋鍛、模具材料之選用。 單元八、最新成形技術及影音教學。 每單元上一至二週 第十八週 期末報告
Evaluation and grading policy	每週授課計三 小時 ,一學期授完共計三學分 30-40%期中考，40%期末報告，20-30%平時及作業
