Course Objective 本課程在於使同學瞭解管理思想的演進，與管理有關之重要理論，以及未來管理之發展趨勢。課程主要內容包括：組織與管理、管理哲學、管理思想的演進、管理功能（規畫、領導、組織、控制、評估）、溝通、組織成長與改變、未來之管理、個案研討。
