| This course introduces research methods applicable in the field of design with particular emphasize on the human interaction. Topics including Psychophysics, perceptual study, HCI experiment design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis. The aim of this course is to help students in identifying a research topic in the field of interaction design, designing an experiment, and preparing the necessary documents including research proposal and consent form to recruit human subjects to participate in the experiment.
