Description This course provides an introduction to the principles of information technologies and programming coding skills that can be used in interaction design element of the multimedia production process. Course activities are focused on programming coding skills training and the descriptions, contents, principles and applications of the changes to the digital technologies of interaction design and their future trends. This course encourages students to critically engage with interdisciplinary approaches to information technologies and interaction design in a context of peer support and feedback, in order to forge their own unique personal skills. These skills are then applied to a real-world design project in which students work with a project, with advice and input from industry professionals.
