| Description
| This course is an attempt to introduce the application of mechatronic technology and interactive design, especially the design of input and output, control, and mechanical devices the interactive system needs. Input device contains image sensor and camera, while output device include motor, driver, actuator, and LED display. Control device include various controllers such as Arduino and Basic Stamp. Mechanical device include portable and interactive mode and the interactions resulted from different materials. Students will be asked to come up with different mechatronics designs and create a real interactive device to differentiate from the conventional usage of mechtronic technology which would create a new possibility.
