| The focus of this course is on the strategic design, planning and operation of a global supply chain, as well as the efficient management of the flows of product, information, funds in a supply chain. The content includes the strategic fit between competitive strategies and supply chain strategies of firms, the design of supply chain networks, demand forecasting, aggregate planning, inventory management, transportation management, sourcing decision and planning, information technology, and coordination and integration of supply chain members.
