| Description
| The goal of this course is to investigate the interdependent relation between thinking and language. Thinking is the product of human consciousness or the contents of our mental states. Because our thinking can only be expressed by language, language is considered as the tool of our thinking. Due to the fact that our mental contents and the way of our thinking are usually delimited by the language we use, language plays the role of being the guidance of our thinking. This course is divided into two stages. In the first stage, we shall learn how to think things logically. Then, we will find out how to express the logical thinking in terms of our language. In the second stage of the course, we aim at interpreting some problems or hot issues that exist either in our daily life or in the public field of the society with the help of employing the logical thinking and language that we have mastered.
