Description Genetics, extending in most fields of Biology, is the base of life science. For the variant background of graduate students and a part overlap within Biochemistry, genetics, and Molecular Biology, this course will simplify the centra-dogma part. By going from the easy to the difficult and complicated, the different subjects of Genetics will be mentioned. The lecture will include following: (1) classic genetics, (2) mutation and repair, (3) the replication mechanisms of prokaryotes and eukaryotes, (4) human genetics, (5) bacteria genetics, (6) yeast genetics, (7) development, and (8) population genetics. I except that the students would have global view in genetics and ability of study in expert filed after this course.
