Description This course is a subsequent lecture of "the Introduction to Organic Semiconductor Devices". The objective of this course is to let graduate students establish some advanced physical concepts and approaches to the physics of organic semiconductor devices and also serve as one of the advanced training courses for those who are willing to become an advanced R&D Engineer in the field of next-generation flat panel display technologies. The topics of this course include: (1)Basic Solid State Physics (2)Current-voltage characteristics of inorganic semiconductor devices (3)Current-voltage characteristics of organic semiconductor devices Except for lecturing, computer project and presentation of special topic are also included as grading policy.
