Description This class introduces scientific, economic, and ecological issues about the threat of global climate change, and the Policy Instruments of greenhouse gas management. This course examines the interconnections of international politics and climate change. It includes Green House Gas inventory, carbon tax and emission trading, Voluntary approach and other greenhouse gas management policy tools. It explores an integrated approach to analysis the benefits of greenhouse gas and air pollution reduction measures, and related model development.
